Consort Construct

Made for the first MSPA Jam!

This was a two-person project, and we had a lot of fun tackling this as our first game jam!

Welcome to Consort Construct!

Your name is Jera Dahlia, and you've stumbled right into your Medium after joining an SBURB session. While you don't know much, you find yourself well acquainted with some consorts who need your help. Can you rebuild their village and secure a new, peaceful, and carefree day-to-day life?

CONTROLS

• Left Click - Select
  
• Right Click - Drag Camera
  
• ESC - Pause
• Backspace - Remove Building

TIPS

• When in build mode you may not be able to exit once you've already selected your building, make sure you have the adequate space and B$ for it!
• Consorts will gradually consume more resources the more unhappy they are- make sure to constantly one-up them in the supplies department.
• Exiting back to the title will RESET your progress, so be mindful when playing! Refreshing the page will also do so.

WIN CONDITIONS

• To "win" Consort Construct, you must have over 100 residents, B$ 5 million, and a high balanced happiness stat. However, the win check is currently bugged out, so you cannot technically win.
